Students: want to get a head start on school topics?  Teachers: need help with your lesson planning?  Parents: want some inspiration for your students?  Or help with homeschooling?

Whether these questions make you sigh with dread or pleasure, we’re prepared to support your back-to-school transition at the Library!

Find lessons, diagrams, and images for your history, math, and science studies in Curriculum Resource Center.  See a map of the original French exploration of the Great Lakes, or get ideas for your science fair project!

Review learning standards for language arts and social studies in World Book Reference Center.  Explore links to valuable teaching and learning organizations out on the Web.  You can even try your hand at U.K. and Canadian standards!

Stop by and visit our Parent Teacher Collection in the juvenile departments, or search the catalog for “curriculum planning.”  The Making the Grade series covers first to sixth grade.

And, as always, feel free to come talk to your librarian or just claim a table in one of our quiet study rooms.  Consider the Library as one giant study buddy!
